Option 1 (Existing PYLAX parents)

1.  If your child played in Spring 2010, you must login to the site.  Please update the Player Profile as appropriate to ensure all information is accurate.  Please update the Parent Profile if your personal information has changed such as email, phone or address etc.

2. Hit "Register to Play Lacrosse" on the "Team Menu" to the left of this web page.  Hit small "add" button (there is a plus sign and a green color button).  Fill out the form, select payment type and hit submit.

Option 2 (new to PYLAX) - follow procedures below:

Procedures for Enrolling and Registering

First,  you must establish an account.  This is where you fill out your name, address, phone number, email etc.  This allows you to receive information and be a member of the the online PYLAX community.  This is separate from registration.  Registration allows you to sign your son/daughter up for a specific team or program such as the Boy’s Fall Lacrosse 2010.

There are a few simple steps to make this happen.  They are:

1.  Signup For Web Account for our site - Click on this button to get a Login Account to the private side (ie: your info) of the site. You will receive an email that has a link to click to confirm your signup email address.  You must click on the link in the email you receive before you will be able begin using our site.

IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER

By having a web account, you will be able to go back in and see if you successfully registered your players by logging in and checking your private data later.

2.  Login to our site - Type your Username and Password in the spaces just below "Log in Below Here" then click the "Login" button. A message should appear saying "Hi" to your name.  If not, you are not logged in.

3.  Once logged in, look for the "Team Menu" on the lefthand side, you will see a list of choices:  Go through each from top to bottom.

·     1st Add at least one parent (required) in the Parent Profile.   Click on the Add button on the top of this page to add your parent profile.

·     2nd Add each player who is registering in the Player Profile.  If you are registering multiple children then add each player here. Click on the "Add" button on the top of this page to add all players to our database.

·     PLEASE NOTE that completing this does not register any players.   It simply gets them in the database.  Failure to add a player and you won't be able to register your child as he/she will not be listed in the drop down when you get to the registration portion of this process.

CONFUSED?  DON'T BE / DON'T STOP. YOU ARE ALMOST THERE!

4. Register for USLacrosse or make certain your existing membership is up-to-date. Remember to use Our Group# 2194061.  You must register for USLacrosse on a yearly basis because it significantly lowers our insurance premiums. Simply click on the link to USLacrosse to be taken to their registration site.

5.  After entering the (Parent and Player) profiles: YOU ARE NOW READY TO REGISTER TO PLAY.

·     Click on "Register To Play Lacrosse"

·     Click on the add button at the top of the page

·     Note: you will be required to select a volunteer duty

·     Fill in the form and select either PayPal or Check for your payment method.

·     You will receive an email confirmation and receipt of your registration and donations.

·     If you selected “payment by check”, please mail a copy of that email in with your check.to the address listed on the email confirmation.

·     If you use PayPal, there is no need to mail anything to PYLAX.

5.  Please take a moment to go to “Donate Here!” to help support player scholarships.

DON'T GO YET - PLEASE CHECK YOUR WORK.

6. Click on Check my Registration Status, to see if the person(s) you registered are listed in that table.  If so, congratulations!  You can now click on the far right field - registration table - and see what they are registered for.  If there are any errors, you can go back and edit any info that is incorrect on their form such as requests etc.

If you do not see one of your intended registrants there, then you did not successfully register and must click "ADD" at the top to try again .   If you see your intended registrant's name more than once in that table, you must delete the duplicate registration.  You should see each registrant listed once in this table under Check my Registration Status.
